Our client is a fast growing real estate investment boutique.

Description du poste
Portfolio Management: Evaluate and monitor the portfolio performance and prepare, on a quarterly basis, cash-flows, senior lenders and investors reporting.
Acquisitions: Produce analysis and conduct the due-diligence process. Produce financial models for selected opportunities as well as investment memorandums.
Asset Management: Follow up on assets and developments with asset management partners, review appraisals and budget and update financial models & business plans. Conduct scenario analysis and strategic analysis to drive strategic decisions on portfolio positions.
Strategy: Support and provide input on establishing the group long term investment strategy.
Pipeline: Source deals and develop a network of potential partners in order to bring new opportunities for consideration.
Description du profil
Bachelor/Master Degree with Civil Engineering/Business/Real Estate focus from a top tier university
Professional Experience: minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience focused on real estate investment
Financial modeling skills and understanding of real estate investment process, strong excel-skills
Strong organisational skills. Self-sufficient, sense of initiative and results-driven personality
Ability to work in a small and multicultural team environment
Entrepreneurial mindset, high degree of flexibility
Fluent English and French
