Portfolio Strategy Manager - Geneva, Switzerland


Purpose of the Position:

Support the Portfolio strategy team, in the development of a Strategic Growth Agenda for M&S - a winning, consumer-centric portfolio, pricing, and product strategy across conventional and RRP - to drive the growth required to achieve our #1 ambition.


Main Responsibilities:

Support in the development of:
PORTFOLIO

  • Consumer-Centric global portfolio strategy across brands and categories, to drive growth and profitability
  • Global portfolio prioritization (work with the brands’ leads and agile leads to prioritize projects)
  • Geo expansion and white space opportunities
  • Craft our differentiation strategy
  • Brand migrations global strategy/ guidelines
  • Brands elasticity
  • Innovation portfolio approach.
  • Portfolio analytics guidance
  • Global portfolio localization guidance
  • Portfolio global SKU launch and rationalization guidance

PRICING

  • Global portfolio pricing strategic framework (conventional & RRP)

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Analysis of performance report for brand portfolio

Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of solid FMCG experience in Marketing, Sales or consulting, international exposure /experience
    Ideally with the following supporting experience:
  • 2-4 years solid Brand Management experience
  • Global or Regional headquarters, and markets experience in Marketing, Sales, or Strategic Planning
