Practical Trainee / Internship clinical outcome & measure improvements

Research & Development delivers hearing solutions and services for hearing impaired people, hearing care professionals, and further related people, in the form of hearing devices, accessories, web services, mobile applications, and PC software. Our Functional Audiology Team needs support for six months to unify outcome measures and data collection tools for clinical studies on a global scale.

Your tasks
  • Support the team in the collection and evaluation of clinical rating/answer scales across the organization
  • Closely collaborate with experts to identify needs, important questions and unify clinical outcome measures and data collection tools
  • Perform literature research and share knowledge in our communities of practice

Your profile
  • Master student in the area of scientific methodology, audiology or psychology comfortable working with study participants
  • Concept knowledge on subjective questionnaires and rating scales
  • Knowledge in hearing/audiology and applied statistics; knowledge of test theory is a plus
  • Ability to work in a distributed, diverse collaborative environment
  • Self- motivated, pro-active with a positive approach, and solution-orientated
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) in German and English
