During this 6-months internship you will work as part of the Embedded Software team in Sonova’s Research & Development department. You will be supporting the development and testing of Bluetooth services. This involves understanding wireless protocols and designing experiments to evaluate the performance and end-user experience of the data exchange between hearing devices and consumer products.

Your tasks

• Analyze the data transfer via Bluetooth Low Energy
• Evaluate hearing device prototype functionalities
• Investigate and benchmark Bluetooth Low Energy link properties
• Summarize your findings and help improve the product

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master study in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Experience in wireless technology and with embedded systems
• Knowledge in C/C++ programming
• Affinity towards new technologies
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
