Pricing Analyst based in Zuchwil or Zug

Overview

The function Pricing Analyst accompanies the design of the pricing strategy for the Swiss market and the changing requirements of the market design in terms of VBHC (Value Based Healthcare).

This function includes active participation in developing or improving ideas for new models and ensuring their scalability and consistency for the entire Swiss market.

Further Responsibilities And Duties Are

Ensuring strategic pricing and compliance with the pricing policy
  • Ensure strategic alignment within pricing
  • Co-development and support of the implementation of VHBC models / pricing
  • Design and implementation of Outcome Based Agreements
  • Preparation of evaluations for BU / SAM / Manager as a basis for customer discussions / condition negotiations
  • Co-design and definition of pricing models taking into account customer and market needs
  • Preparation of analyses and control of pricing processes
  • Analysis of customer conditions for compliance with pricing policy
  • Monitoring of framework agreements
  • Analysis and maintenance of year-end rebate calculation
  • Preparation of price analyses per customer / business units
  • Preparation of scenario models and corresponding data bases
  • Preparation of situational analyses and support of the business units
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional commercial projects and meetings.
  • Support digital transformation and promote data-driven thinking in the organization

Qualifications
  • Technical college or university degree with at least 4-6 years of relevant work experience or completed commercial training with at least 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Analytical, networked and customer-oriented thinking
  • Independent and responsible personality
  • Proactive, flexible, able to work under pressure
  • Project work experience and team player
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, Power BI
  • JDE / SAP knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
