Your role

Are you passionate about digitization? Are you following the market trends in pricing? Are you keen to become a part of an agile delivery organization in UBS and shape fit for future pricing capabilities?

We are looking for a Product Owner to join a Client Pricing Crew which defines and drives pricing capabilities for UBS mandate, custody, retrocession and cash offering in booking centers Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Key activities include:
  • drive and define enhancements for client pricing solutions end-to-end in close collaboration with all stakeholders
  • manage backlog and set priorities for the joint business and IT teams
  • provide pricing expertise for dedicated client journeys
  • analyze and shape complex front-to-back processes to ensure correct pricing
  • promote agile delivery principles within the business and IT organizations
  • support run the bank activities and controls

Your team

The role is embedded in UBS Channels & Platforms Cluster. We work as business project leads and product owners in an international environment. We develop and maintain client pricing models and special conditions solutions for our clients and client advisors. In addition, we are business solution owners of key parts of UBS strategic banking platform and in that role are responsible for the strategic development of our solutions. As subject matter experts and project managers we manage pricing capabilities in booking centers Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Your expertise

  • preferably a university degree with banking/finance or technical background or equivalent professional experience
  • profound understanding of banking business especially pricing concepts (knowledge of Financial Intermediaries and retrocession business is of advantage)
  • previous 3-5 years of experience in international project management in banking environment
  • experience and excellent track record as a Product Owner in an agile setup
  • strong analytical and conceptual skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • proactive and target oriented
  • well versed in communicating and interacting with stakeholders
  • highly engaged and able to work under pressure
  • fluent in written and spoken English and German
