Description: Honeywell is seeking a Pricing Leader for the Honeywell Process Measurement & Control (PMC) Business of Honeywell Process Solutions. This is a highly visible role responsible for supporting the price impact and growth of the PMC business.This role requires a broad understanding of the global PMC business and the ability to define and drive pricing initiatives to increase our price capture across the business including strong price reporting abilities. The successful candidate will manage price initiatives from start to finish while working with cross-functional team members including Business leaders, Finance, Product Managers, Sales, and IT to define programs, perform analysis, and drive implementation of price improvement opportunities.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive PMC Pricing Strategy and program deployment to deliver on PMC AOP Price Impact target
  • Provide PMC pricing inputs for STRAP and AOP
  • Establish and deploy HTS Pricing strategies, policies and processes aligned to PMC STRAP and HPS level strategies
  • Drive and support Value pricing projects for new and existing products including estimating value delivered versus that of competition and determining customer willingness-to-pay
  • Develop Transactional price analytics projects including price waterfall / Target price analysis to identify margin improvement opportunities and work toward delivering a Transaction Price target of 1% of revenue
  • Manage PMC annual price evaluation process and escalation implementation activities
  • Ensure consistent reporting and communication of pricing strategy, deployments and progress across PMC
  • Work with PMC business to determine market, industry and competitive price trends
Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of pricing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of people or project leadership experiencePreferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage large amounts of data, use of MS-Excel, Siebel databases, SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Objects (BO)
  • Intermediary knowledge on statistical concepts (regression, co-relation, elasticity etc.)
  • Results focused with successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills; English as primary language
  • Excellent team building and membership skills
  • Self-starter with ability to initiate and support projects, prioritize work & coordinate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with all levels of management as well as a diverse work force
  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong understanding of and ability with PROS Price Optimizer and Scientific Analytic modules
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred
  • Demonstrated experience successfully executing within a global line of business and matrix environment
