Technical Program Manager Architect, Coach and Catalyst who enables a cross-functional team to successfully solve patient, healthcare provider and/or health system problems by developing and/or deploying integrated solutions Today only a fraction of humanity receives the best healthcare. Key responsibilities Partner closely with product/integrated solution team leadership to set, drive and execute on strategy and roadmap Act as ambassador for the team’s strategy, holding the line on agreed upon program use cases, priorities, scope, schedule, deliverables, and KPIs and facilitating pivots where necessary Organize and manage larger initiatives to execute on the strategy, build/own plans for multiple workstreams where relevant, and contribute to design & implementation as required Connect and translate between functions/teams such as: commercial, user experience, data science, engineering, clinical, regulatory, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, Affiliates, etc. Proactively identify and mitigate risks across all areas of the program by asking insightful questions and mobilizing resources to address issues Manage and coordinate development schedules; prioritize sprints and activities Commission work packages to support well-defined team needs from other project manager communities/networks Communicate on behalf of the team and facilitate senior leadership interactions Embed Agile mindsets and methodologies in product/integrated solution teams to accelerate impact and learning Capabilities Strategic acumen and customer focus to understand the wider context for the program and enable its successful execution Well versed in Agile methodologies and tools, and in getting teams to work with them Fluency with key components of regulated software development and deployment (SaMD, imaging algorithms): able to craft a plan, pull in key resources at the right time, understand interdependencies and anticipate/manage risks Stakeholder management - translator Masterful communication / negotiation skills - ambassador Flexibility and adaptability to change (outcome vs process focus) Experienced project management practitioner Experience Prior experience of SaMD and/or algorithm development and deployment into healthcare systems Track record of guiding cross-functional teams to quickly build trust and get to high performance Successfully navigating a large cross-functional organization on behalf of program Facilitation of senior stakeholder interactions on behalf of program Getting technical, business and ideally clinical teams to work well together 3+ years leading international projects; 2+ years leading large-scale, complex projects in fast-paced matrix environment
