My duties You are responsible for work packages in challenging projects in the field of automated metrology and optical inspection systems

You initialize the development of new production processes, process layouts and line concepts and find the most suitable solution in terms of quality and manufacturing costs You conduct tests and trials to evaluate the feasibility of innovations in production technology You negotiate and define specifications for technological innovations in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and interfaces as well as external suppliers You follow new technologies/trends in the pharmaceutical industry and evaluate their potential impact My qualifications Completed university degree Several years of professional experience as a technician or chemist in the pharmaceutical, medical, process engineering, automotive or other process-oriented environment Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with all hierarchical levels Strong presentation skills Ability to think out of the box and drive innovation Structured approach to work, conceptual and interdisciplinary thinking Good command of the German and English language Knowledge of GMP documentation is an advantage My benefits Varied work in a renowned company Pleasant working atmosphere Prospect of project extension / permanent position About Hays
