You will be responsible for production processes in a highly motivated environment. You will be surrounded by skilled engineers who are working towards the goal of higher output in the high-end production line.   • Guarantee stability of power semiconductor backend assembly production processes
  • Execute procurement projects of fully automated production equipment
  • Improve production processes by applying the “Six Sigma” methodology
  • Investigate technical issues in production and establish corrective actions using statistical tools and involving various stakeholder
  • Run process development projects in close collaboration with R&D
  • Documentation and presentation of the results
Your background
  • Solid engineering degree (MSc/PhD) in a technical field
  • Good understanding of high-volume production processes
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
  • Fluency in English, German as a plus
  • Quick learning ability and shown hands-on mentality
  • Good communicator with a highly collaborative approach to work
