  • Establishing, optimization and full responsibility of our Ion Implant Area within Lenzburg power semiconductor production fabrication
  • Work in close cooperation with R&D to draw up and execute new technology and process roadmaps for new products
  • Work on complex projects relating to power semiconductor technology for the purpose of driving forward business development
  • Identify and explore new opportunities to support product roadmap, including evaluation of new materials, methods, and technologies for the respective production areas
  • Collaborate closely with equipment and maintenance engineers to meet production specifications and enhance process and equipment reliability
  • Support production line with regard to migration from Silicon to Silicon-Carbide technology and define, qualify, and fine-tune upgraded tools
  • Assume responsibility for development packages in cooperation with R&D and Product Engineering, in addition to analyzing results in all areas and preparing stakeholder reports
  • Support production by on the job training and teaching
Your background
  • University degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, etc. or qualifications of relevance to semiconductor technology
  • Relevant professional experience in semiconductor production with good knowledge in Implantation
  • Knowledge of production with Silicon Carbide wafer or experience in partial or full integration of various semiconductor processes considered advantageous
  • Experience in failure analysis and process control (being familiar with SPC is a plus)
  • Good understanding of process and tool optimization aimed at improving yield and productivity
  • Fluent German and/or English language skills
