Description du poste

Are you an expert in banking process risks, particularly related to KYC profiling, and tools? Do you like to educate others, encouraging high quality standards? Are you able to work independently and find required information autonomously ?

We’re looking for a process and quality specialist to:
  • be point-of-entry contact for queries about regulations, processes, tools and risk
  • organize and conduct training for risk related matters, new tools and processes to improve quality and enablement
  • monitor risk reports, flag relevant issues to the Desk Head and team and escalate if necessary
  • identify, evaluate and implement mitigation measures for matters and reviews linked to KYC profiling, PEP, SCAP, etc. as well as to client onboarding and closure of special mandates after internal controls
  • collaborate closely with client advisors, assistants and the Desk Head, as well as various other internal departments
  • support on Business Management topics
Description du profil

You have:
a strong understanding of the business and processes involved in Wealth Management
  • ability to grasp new topics quickly, prioritize, problem-solve, synthesize findings and propose practical solutions
  • good communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate to various levels of the organization
  • ability to work in a culturally diverse team with varying level of knowledge and skill set
  • a risk oriented personality that can balance business needs with risks and control
  • project management skills and ability to manage a wide range of objectives
