Role: Engineer Projects Maintenance CapEx

Location: Bern

Job description :

Responsibilities:

· Support of the engineering department in the area of maintenance for a proper setup of the respective CapEx projects including optimization of the plant availability

· Interacting as a single point of contact between departments for planning and scheduling project activities

· Collecting inquiries from the engineering department and taking necessary steps to implement or recommend suitable measures

· Provide guidance on maintenance requirements by reporting back to the engineering department

· Carrying out field work, commissioning of devices/systems, FAT

· Execution of process calculations / service descriptions

· Development and preparation of solutions within the interface areas

· Work with engineers and plant owners as well as outside vendors to create the right maintenance schedules and task lists on site

· Conducting investigations to resolve problems and correct changes

· Support for general administrative and organizational activities within the department

· Supporting the organization to ensure technical qualification status according to current internal and external requirements Supporting the specific qualification holder

Profile:

· Technical studies (TS, HTL) as a process/systems engineer (preferably mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industry, chemistry) or a comparable subject

· Proven track record in maintenance, preferably with project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry

· Technical competence in the construction sector

· Experience of working with different stakeholders, internal and external

· Preferably experience in the regulated industry (GxP)

· Experience with CMMS systems

· Sound knowledge of SAP and experience with various IT tools and systems, particularly MS Office

· Strong communication skills at different hierarchical levels

· Skills in time and self-management

· Analytical thinking and problem solving skills

· Team players

· Language: German is a must and English
