About the “Characterization of a technology for photolysis reactions” program

You will join the New Process Technology team within the Reduced Risk Products (RRP) Organization based in Neuchatel (Switzerland). The aim of the team is to anticipate, develop and characterize new processing technology as well as to make available substantiated knowledge on critical product transformation towards upscale and industrialization.

The aim of the program is to characterize a specific technology for photolysis reactions applied on a new PMI RRP. The technology is available either at laboratory and pilot scale and needs to be characterized to enable the qualification of the manufacturing process of the RRP prior the commercialization.

Who we’re looking for
  • Currently studying for your Master’s degree in Master graduated in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.
  • Experience in photolysis reactions or processes
  • High analytic « spirit », ability to concretely design and simplify existing processes
  • Experience in collection, analysis, and evaluation of experimental data
  • Fluent in English, French is beneficial
Roles & Objectives
  • Define experimental plans at lab and/or pilot scale
  • Organize and coordinate the experiments
  • Collect and analyze the experimental results
