Our client, a multinational food, snack and beverage corporation, is looking for an experienced personality to support their team till december 31st 2021.

Global Procurement Analyst

The person will be employed directly by our client with a fixed term contract.

Contract Management

Main accountabilities:
  • Support a legal entity contract activities in Benelux and UK of Global Procurement Europe (GPE) teams responsible for Ingredients, Seasonings, Oils, Sweeteners and Fruit Categories
  • Intercompany order for UK and Germany
  • Ownership of SwissCo processes and procedures relevant to execution of sourcing strategies, providing inputs for supplier selection
SAP Key User (Bern site)
  • Provide coaching and lead training for End Users (including creation and maintenance of training materials)
  • Ensure Vendor and User Maintenance in SAP
  • Super user: link between IT and Business in case of change, problems or wrong set-up in SAP.
Global Control Standards (GCS) Control
  • Ensure that all relevant Key controls are based on Global Procurement Europe Accountability Matrix (e.g. supplier selection, contract approval) and are in line with GPE Policies / GCS framework
  • Carry out timed Periodic review of processes and internal controls to confirm that targets are met
  • Ensure annual validation test for effectiveness of each Key
Procurement activities
  • Provide support on sourcing projects by using advanced tools and systems
  • Provide support on consolidating and standardizing Supplier performance approach
  • Provide and facilitate discussions on different e-sourcing strategies/tactics
  • Support with data gathering and RFX issuing
  • Business fluent in English
  • Experience in contract management, master data management
  • Very good SAP knowledge is a must
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of sourcing processes and e-sourcing tools
  • Be dynamic, highly energetic, and motivated to achieve success
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with other individuals by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others’ efforts
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty
