Procurement Clerck

Your tasks

  • In order to serve our customers and to fulfil the procurement plan prepared by the planning team, manage the daily purchasings and find solutions to answer the needs regarding parts and consummables.
  • Make sure the orders are correct, confirmed and delivered on time at the agreed price, quality and quantity.
  • Monitor the activity and conduct actions together with our suppliers to correct discrepencies and deliver parts.
  • Maintain the data base to ease all order processing processes.
  • Optimize part pricing when requested in relation with Part Pricing / Planing Dept.

Your profile

  • Experience in procurement activities within an industrial environment
  • English and German are a must
  • Proefficient in MS Office, SAP MM is appreciated
  • Customer and solution orientation
  • Rigouros and able to prioritize and manage urgent orders
