We are looking for YOU for our site in Versoix as:

Product Application Engineer Drive Technology 100% (all genders)

WHAT YOU DO

  • You take the existing relationships with our customers to the next level using your technical and commercial expertise
  • You are agile and have a keen sense for new opportunities for our fast-growing Drive Technology business
  • You handle customer projects from acquisition to completion of samples/pre-series production and engage in driving innovation
  • You manage the price strategy including project negotiations
  • You work closely with our clients’ engineering teams to design and develop solutions to their technical problems
  • You build a strong network with other peers to exchange bright ideas and best practice experiences
  • You give input on market development to implement the successful and profitable placement of product lines in the market

YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. An additional commercial training would be a plus
  • 2+ years of experience with project management or solution selling in a technical environment. Experience with Drive Technology or related industries would be of advantage
  • Experience with CAD/ AutoCAD and good command of IT-Tools (MS Office, Sales Tools)
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
  • Autonomous and sales-oriented personality with great communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent French and English skills
  • Willingness to travel
