Product Assortment Manager

Job content

• Maximize revenue for our Chinese business both for local market and travel retail while minimizing obsolescence cost
• Plan, manage and control formula changes, releases for our China product assortment
• Be coordinator between marketing, sales, manufacturing & development, in particular partner with Supply and Demand planning to schedule exact timing of product/packages changes
• Ensure timely & compliant market entry as well as lifecycle of products
• Support new China law process creation (CSAR) and ensures execution of relevant steps
  

• Manage Product Assortment Together with supply planning, plan, manage and control full existing portfolio from market end to end Analyse, conceptualize, coordinate and optimize processes in area or responsibility Be key partner for all product changes and/or updates relevant for portfolio Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders Understand regulatory requirements, manage compliance in area of responsibility
• Activities for process development Create and ensure related processes within organisation Find solution with stakeholders for issues Train stakeholders according need
• Report & communication of the results Manage interfaces within Supply Chain and external parties related to portfolio Ensure regular reporting and clear timelines considering all relevant parties Risk assessment of projects, Reduce risks of supply by counter measures while supporting compliance Transparent documentation (SAP, Forms, SOPs) and communication of milestones & results
  

• Scientific / economic background (university)
• 3-5 years of experience in similar position, scientific and regulatory background is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills, great team player and convincing personality, strong intercultural understanding
• Fluent in English. Additional knowledge in German, Mandarin is a plus
