To strengthen our Global Supply Chain Department with seat in our headquarters in Volketswil ZH, we are looking for an experienced

Product Costing Analyst

In this role, you are supporting our Supply Chain Management with your controlling expertise. You are reporting to our Supply Chain Controller and are operating in an international environment.

Main Accountabilities

  • Timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of all product costing in SAP
  • Providing support with cost estimates, preparing calculations and worksheets for all new products, innovations
  • Tracking savings vs estimated costs
  • Preparing intercompany invoices for logistic services, packaging materials and inventory chargebacks
  • Issuing quality complaints invoices to suppliers
  • Performing checks and activities to be compliant with the Internal audit requirements
  • Master data maintenance in SAP
  • Other ad-hoc financial support

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1-year professional working experience with an emphasis on finance, accounting and/or controlling
  • Flexible, willing and able to adjust to different job duties from time to time, depending on workload and resource availability
  • Strong communicator - able to interact effectively by video calls and emails
  • High attention to detail with attitude of strict adherence to policies and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • SAP MM and SD module experience is a plus
  • Fluent English is required, German is an advantage
