Deep impact is looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our venture power house.

We are a highly skilled team of 50 professionals, from all over the world (25+ different nationalities), passionate about creating innovative and disruptive (digital) products. While we help companies to thrive in digital transformation, we are also building on our own ideas. With 5 ventures on the market, we never get bored.

Requirements

We imagine our ideal candidate to have these qualities (but we love surprises!):
  • You excel in creating simple and elegant solutions for complex tasks.
  • You know how to approach user research and identify the key needs that require your attention.
  • You are experienced in low-fi / hi-hi prototypes and crafting engaging interfaces.
  • You are experienced in all stages of product design (research, ideate, design, prototype, test).
  • You are able to move effortlessly between UX research, UX Design and UI Design.
  • You love and value Design Thinking processes such as Design Sprints.
  • You are keen to continuously learn and improve.
  • You enjoy working autonomously or embedded in a team, proactively contributing to even better outcomes.
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland.
  • You are fluent in German (important!) and English (official language).
