Your field of responsibility

Join us to develop investment strategies with a purpose, aligned with the Credit Suisse House View and a strong focus on sustainability. You will lead product launches for our IS&P Wealth Funds Lux/CH platform, being responsible for structuring, and holding together the strings across investment strategy, operational aspects and product materials/ communication. Move things forward by striking a good balance between getting things done yourself and activating a deep network of subject matter experts, including control functions. Help us shape the growth DNA of the team, bringing current AuM of USD 5bn to the next level.

Your skills and experience

We value Swiss army knife versatility but are open to different backgrounds in terms of main field of subject matter expertise. Given the main responsibilities, core expertise in structuring and lifecycle management of funds is preferred, but adjacent competences collected in legal and/ or sustainability background are feasible as well.

  • Experience in fund development and product management, in particular Luxembourg or Swiss domiciled funds, preferably across several asset classes and strategies
  • Project lead and management for new fund launches with a focus on structuring and technical aspects including idea development and competitive intelligence, definition of business and roll out plan
  • Well organized approach to run new product projects with ability to set priorities across competing stakeholder requirements
  • Responsible for lifecycle & product management activities of current product shelf
  • Ideally, the candidate already works for an asset manager, a management company or a private bank
  • Exceptional abilities to build result focused relationships across heterogeneous groups of stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to large groups as well as at a one-on-one level
  • Fluency in German and English is a must, other languages a plus (e.g., Italian or French)
