As a Product Manager, you will manage and sustainably develop the Nespresso Original Line product range by leading the strategy development and implementation, through both HQ-driven and local initiatives. In this position, you will actively contribute to the overall Original Line ambition and act as the guardian of the brand range across all marketing and commercial initiatives.

A day in the life of a Product Manager

  • Build annual brand plan including picture of success for the entire marketing mix: product, placement, price, promotions
  • Ensure communication, promotional plans & campaigns support strategic objectives and targets
  • Successfully launch HQ innovations & renovations, and communication campaigns ensuring consistency with HQ guidelines while serving local needs
  • Quantify ambition and co-develop annual and monthly forecast in collaboration with CRM/CMI, Sales and Finance
  • Track implementation and results through internal and external KPIs, adjust plan if necessary
  • Leverage key learnings and continuously improve ways of working and execution ideas through post-launch analysis in collaboration with CRM/CMI, Sales and Finance to maximize the outcome for the business
  • Provide competitive intelligence and trends analysis to propose new solutions to drive customer retention

What Will Make You Successful
  • University degree in marketing, commercial or equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Product/Brand Management, Category & Channel Development, CRM or in other Generating Demand functions in FMCG
  • Experience in complex project management managing both internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to transform insights into concrete business opportunities
  • Experience with Nielsen/IRI is a plus
  • Autonomy and ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • French and/or German as mother tongue and fluent in English
