Your field of responsibility


You will work as investment product manager as integral part of the investment value chain, responsible for the regular delivery of the best in class investment products across product types aligned with Credit Suisse House View. You partner with teams across IS&P to ensure the timely communication to stakeholders and implementation in product platforms. You will also contribute to the launch and maintenance of the IS&R investment themes and Supertrends. You will perform conceptual work, data analysis as well as implementation activities to enhance the product and solution platforms and related delivery processes. This role encompasses the maintenance and further enhancement of the complex product distribution rule framework as well as the automatized marketing material provision. You analyze, design and implement in close collaboration with product units, tool owners, digitalization initiatives, legal, compliance as well as the market and sales managers of the front units globally. Moreover, you contribute to strategic and regulatory initiatives within and beyond IS&P.

Your skills and experience

  • You have successfully completed your university degree or certificate of higher education and you gained already some years of experience in product or project management with strong interest in investment products and with some affinity for data management and IT
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, combined with result orientation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel; (Programming/VBA skills is an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with a pronounced service attitude and a high sense of responsibility
  • Very good command of English is a requirement; German or other market relevant language considered an asset
  • You have an excellent dedication as a teammate and the skills to liaise with different partners across business units and internationally
  • You have already shown your ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
