In our Global Brand Department in our headquarters in Bad Zurzach, Switzerland, we are looking for a highly motivated

Product Manager – maternity replacement (f/m) (100 %)

The Product Manager develops and implements the Product Strategy for Segments and/or Sub-Brands within Triumph Brand Portfolio across Europe. S/he is the category specialist responsible for strategic insight and a strong understanding of the female consumer and market place in close collaboration with Brand Assortment team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and drive the Triumph European Strategic Product Planning Process, deliver seasonal and annual business targets
  • Continuously implement, drive, and influence the brand positioning and values across the business and within the organization
  • Being accountable for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) update, range plan and range report management according to annual schedule
  • Being accountable for product KPIs measurement for segments and/or sub-Brands within Triumph Brand Portfolio (i.e. Volumes, Revenues, Average Selling Price, Gross Margin, etc.)
  • Deliver a best-in-class Brand Product performance: range planning support, product flow, commercial feedbacks, SKU management, forecasting, sample process management, in-store product training material
  • Accountable for competitor’s analysis, and analysis of critical consumer insights from the market.

Your ideal profile:

  • Our ideal candidate is capable to nourish and utilize exceptional understanding of the female clothing industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product related roles or similar functions (i.e. Product manager, Retail or Wholesale Merchandiser/Buyer)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business & Management
  • Proven affinity to work with Fashion and/or Beauty and/or female products
  • Natural attitude and proven strong consumer- and competitor-understanding
  • Team management experience is a plus
  • Highly driven and result orientated character (i.e. strong financial)
  • Experience in female / beauty / apparel business is required. Having experience in lingerie segment is a bonus
  • Proactive, practical and hands-on approach
  • Talent to inspire via strong presentation & communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • IT proficiency: MS office, Excel, Power Point, Access, SAP basic knowledge
  • Fluent English is essential in written and in verbal
