Product Manager Trading Retail Platforms

We are looking for new Product manager to strengthen the team of Product manager that drive evolutions of key products: Trading retail platforms, you will integrate a teams of 6 Product managers.
This is a new position, to be based in Gland.

Your missions :

• Understand target audience and competition dynamics to formulate powerful insights.
• Build product strategy with Sales, Business , Customer care, Marketing & tech teams
• Work with Product designers and UX research to develop creative and power full product.
• Measure product usage and feature adoptions.
• Collaborate with other product managers to share knowledge and strategy.
• Plan mid-term strategic plans to build a product competitive edge
• Define Objective Key Result to cross functional teams.
• Provide ongoing reporting on your KPI products and Strategic Key Result.
• Plan long term strategic plans on your product
• Support to deliver the product by collaborating with product owners on Strategical / Tactical objectives and align Product roadmap / Strategy.

• 
  5+ years of experience as Product Management, Product Owner or similar roles, in trading industry.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge in Trading business
• Great communication skills: you’ll need to communicate effectively your vision both internally and externally
• Experience working in an Agile cross-functional team.
• Comfortable interacting with engineers and technical analysts
• Able to cope with high-pressure situations
• Fluent in English (spoken and written): this is our working language. Good level in French is a plus.
