This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced and driven Product Marketing leader to join our BMS Europe Leadership team composed of a diverse group of women and men from all over the world. This position will be based in our Headquarter in Rolle (Switzerland).


In this role, you will own the regional product portfolio and be accountable for product lines growth and profitability. You will work closely with the global Offering Management organization, manufacturing, sourcing, engineering/R&D, sales, and senior management team to maximize the growth, profitability and return on investment of the product portfolio today and in the future.


You will be accountable for the commercial success of the portfolio to meet the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This will be done through collaboration with the regional and cross-functional teams.

You will be the driver of our portfolio platforming and multi-brand strategy across multiple countries and channels. You will lead an exciting transformation of our offering, by developing and taking to market vertical solutions and expand cross sell opportunities.

You will also play a key role in the development of our marketing team by acting as a hands-on coach, developing talents, and promoting the right behaviors and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Offering & Brand Management:

  • Lead the regional multi-brand strategy and portfolio integration. Work closely with sales leadership to implement winning go to market and growth strategies.
  • Manage portfolio lifecycle including regional pricing, product retirement, demand and inventory forecast.
  • Execute product launches, and drive commercial success in collaboration with sales organization
  • Support customer coordination for VOC and alpha/ beta tests
  • Link technology/product roadmaps to customers. Ability to communicate the value of the offering in customer centric terms to cause customer to choose Honeywell offerings based on value delivered.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate value propositions into compelling sales playbooks.
  • Drive product/services life cycles, profitability, demand planning, new product/services development, and ideation of new competitive offerings.
  • Contribute to the creation and building of BMS brands and work with Marcom to effectively promote them

Strategy & Planning

  • Integrate VOC and customer inputs to develop product roadmap in collaboration with global platform. Drive growth and profitability outcomes.
  • Contributes to the strategy formulation process and to the production of marketing plans and budgets. Leverage market research, analysis, and marketing toolkit.
  • Own the regional product planning process including new product additions working with global platform, RD&E and supply chain, and sales.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps linked to vertical markets and regional requirements.

Value Management/Value Pricing

  • Design VOC; understand segmentation; understand value elements critical to customers; calculate value equations; target value propositions to customer segments
  • Strong fundamental understanding and ability to apply value toolkit to value pricing situations
  • Strong demonstrated ability to deal with complex value pricing issues in a dynamic competitive environment
  • Demonstrated ability to implement new value-based pricing strategies with positive results in the market
  • Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on value delivered
  • Drives strong financial results from pricing

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Master’s degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in product management, product development, or marketing management
  • 3+ years’ experience managing a team
  • 3+ years’ experience in BMS or adjacent industry

WE VALUE

  • Master’s degree in economics, math, engineering, or other technical discipline
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) highly desirable
  • Strong execution skills and driving action with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of developing value walks, price strategy, product strategy, and competitive positioning with ability to apply to their product line
  • Ability to lead projects and teams that successfully achieve milestones and complete deliverables
  • Strategic thinking, understanding of market trends/issues and ability to integrate into marketing and business strategies
  • Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues using a data-based approach
  • Track record of improving team performance and work practice through team coaching
  • Industry experience in a related role
