Product Marketing Specialist

The M&S Marketing function helps maximize the market potential and opportunities of our portfolio through awareness and differentiation. This role is responsible for helping to develop, execute and align the MOSE marketing plan for discrete service products and portfolio offerings. The marketing plan is to drive profitable volume growth through strong external market and internal awareness. This includes discrete product marketing plans, promotion of service offerings and especially promoting the service value proposition. Joining up of marketing activities includes close liaison and collaboration with key stakeholders. This role reports to the Marketing Manager, MOSE M&S

Your responsibilities

  • Support the development of an overall and discrete product marketing plan to raise awareness and interest in the MOSE portfolio and offerings.
  • Develop marketing tactics to create differentiation and attract customers.
  • Help to position services together to create compelling customer interest with emphasis on customer value.
  • Collaborate and link up with MOSE comms to maximize and align our messaging.
  • Work with sales and product management to help deploy, update and launch services and integrate product marketing into the MOSE go to market strategy.
  • Project manage marketing initiatives and sales campaigns to boost specific areas of our business with customer awareness and drive market penetration.
  • Advocate and driver of service messaging inclusion into segment and other division offerings and messaging.
  • Develop materials and content to support overall MOSE messaging, marcoms and promotion. Engage with agencies and manage budgets.
  • Contributor of ideas and inputs to overall MOSE marketing topics such as website development, messaging strategies, initiatives, innovation.

Your background

  • 3 years’ experience minimum in relevant field like sales or marketing.
  • Good communication and personal leadership skills.
  • Creativity to evaluate and develop solutions.
  • Experience in a marketing role and / or environment (preferably in ABB).
  • Experience of marketing tools and processes (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, ABB Library, PIR, Sitefinity (web pages and inside pages), Apsis (newsletter)).
  • Marketing qualification ideally to degree level.
