Your field of responsibility

Product Owner working at the intersection of business and technology in our Investment Advisory Platforms team with end-to-end responsibility from concept to roll-out and will collaboratively define the product vision, shape our future investment advisory capabilities including related financing (Lombard) functionality for affluent, high and ultra-high net worth roadmaps together with stakeholders from business and IT. You will be the connector between teams and the users, not the intermediator and will support and lead project delivery in an agile environment and in close cooperation with various business partners, other product owners, the UX team and the IT organizations, with responsibility for business project management related tasks such as project planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting for your area of responsibility.

Your skills and experience

An agile practitioner Product Owner with 5-7 years of proven experience within a financial institution or a consulting company, preferably with a focus on banking sales platforms, investment advisory, process reengineering and/or larger digital transformation programs.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with problem-solving capabilities and communication skills with a solid understanding and experience in Private Banking
  • Outstanding SCRUM product owner knowledge and experience in agile projects is required. A certification as product owner SCRUM, SAFe or other project certification (e.g. PMI, Prince) is an advantage.
  • Deep focus on delivery and hands on ability to critically investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions, make recommendations and implement solutions.
  • Affinity to build data flows, workflows, UX conceptions and mock-ups.
  • High degree of flexibility and “can do” attitude, including motivation skills.
  • Pro-active, pragmatic, hard-working, solution oriented, and service driven approach.
  • Knowledge in JIRA and Confluence is a strong advantage.
