We are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our Digital Product Development team.Role+ResponsibilitiesPurpose

You will create and develop the endress.com user stories and measure the impact on the endress.com Business Model
You will harmonize and expand the requirements and features of the endress.com using internal and external stakeholder analysis
You are responsible to increase the sessions and time spent on the endress.com by our customers
You will maintain the endress.com roadmap and alignment with all involved stakeholders

Main Tasks

Understand the business and industry context of our endress.com, gather information (primarily in the form of data and market research) on how customers use our and comparable digital products
You use these insights and your relationship with internal stakeholders to adapt existing features or bring future improvements
Prioritize efforts on features according to the impact on users, customers and company strategy, collating a comprehensive “Product roadmap”
Be an "evangelist" for endress.com, actively maintain and transparently communicate our roadmap through different channels, supporting our communication within and beyond
Ensure a great customer journey and research the optimal experience in a joint effort with your development team and additional stakeholders (Marketing, Content, ..)
Together with your cross-functional team, set your team’s goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with the endress.com strategy and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market & customer research
Completely own your team’s processes and products, existing or new, from ideation, through concept, testing, development, to launch, growth and maintenance

Qualification+Profile

Education in Marketing, IT, Business Administration
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a product owner or IT product development manager
Project/Scrum Management experience
Digital Native, Data Driven, Analytical
Excellent Communicator, Visual Communication
Agile mindset, Agile methods (SCRUM, …)
Strong intercultural skills, Team Player
Excellent IT and Digital Competence
Fluent in English, ideally also German, any other language is an advantage
