What is this position about?As a Product Owner (f/m/d) you will be part of a team of 5 that is responsible for our digital product endress.com. You will act as the Product Owner for one division of the website and in this area make sure, that you gather information about how customers use our digital products and how we can improve their usage and user experience. We are currently transitioning to an agile working environment and need you to share your SCRUM experience and help the team adapt to an agile working atmosphere. Our goal is to increase our customers sessions and time spent on endress.com.Role + Responsibilities:
  • You gather information about customer usage and customer requests for your division of endress.com
  • You will create and develop endress.com user stories and measure the impact on the endress.com Business Model
  • Together with your development team and additional stakeholders you ensure a great customer journey
  • You will harmonize and expand the requirements and features of endress.com using internal and external stakeholder analysis
  • You will maintain the endress.com roadmap and align with all involved stakeholders
  • You are going to take the lead in driving the transformation to an agile project management environment
Qualification + Profile:
  • You have a degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration or a similar field
  • You have already gained working experience as a product owner of IT product development manager (~5 years)
  • You have an agile mindset and have already worked in a SCRUM environment (ideally, you have a SCRUM certificate)
  • You are a Digital Native who is data driven and thinks analytically
  • You are an excellent Communicator, have strong intercultural skills and are a Team Player
  • Your English skills are fluent; ideally you also speak German and any other language is an advantage
