In this role, you are supporting our production site management with your controlling expertise. You are reporting to our Finance Director Supply Chain and are operating in an international environment.


Your Responsibilities


  • Contribute to period end controlling processes, financial reporting and other operational reports for production site
  • Analyze variances and communicates explanations to production site management with recommended actions
  • Financial planning and forecasting for production site
  • Monitoring and controlling cost development of all direct and indirect cost elements of the production site
  • Cost center reporting and planning of production site
  • Waste, obsolete and quality defect cost monitoring
  • Inventory control
  • Supporting with ad-hoc financial analysis the production site management

Your Profile


  • Degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years professional working experience with an emphasis on finance, accounting and/or controlling in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection
  • Cost accounting experience
  • Analytical skills, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a commercially driven and multi-functional environment
  • Willingness to learn the current processes and systems of La Prairie and contribute to their future improvement
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland to production site (10-20%)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / PowerPoint, SAP or other major ERP software experience is a plus
  • Fluent English is required
