JobdescriptionWe are looking for a Production Master Data Specialist (m/f/d) for Lonza AG in Visp (100%).   • Act as change manager, lead project team, shared best practices cross Visp Bio teams
  • Contribute to harmonized / standardized process and KPI’s
  • Use KPI’s to define improvement initiatives and action plan
  • Deploy Lonza culture and code of conduct
  • Ensure compliance to applicable regulations (cGMP, EHS, SOX, ISO
  • Identify and report to Supply Chain Transformation Lead potential new project/initiative
  • Drive assigned projects/initiatives/deviation
  • Follow Visp Bio SC PMO framework
  • Ensure target achievements (scope, time, quality, cost, benefits)
  • Identify key roadblocks and drive decision process
  • Escalade deviation to Line Manager and PMO
  • Create SOP’s, WI’s and trainings documentation, train relevant impacted roles
  • Production master data
  • Define process life cycle accordingly to Lonza strategy
  • Ensure alignment cross systems (SAP, MES, MWB)
  • Process improvement
  • Contribute and deploy Global and Local initiatives
  • Identify, share with pears, and propose best practice to line manager
  • Document processes and tasks accordingly to cGMP and ISO 9001 standards
Functie-eisen
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management / Business management
  • Work experience in a highly regulated industry, preferred Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Production Master Data
  • Supply Chain/Operations experience in a manufacturing site
  • Good knowledge of SAP MM and PP
  • MES (Syncade)
  • APICS CPIM certification / Project Management certification / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Key player and structured problem solving approach
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPI’s) and identify issues through root cause analysis
  • Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports
  • Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint as well as ERP and Supply Chain systems
  • Fluent English mandatory, good German preferred
