Production Planner Analyst based in Neuchâtel

Further Responsibilities And Duties Are
  • Constrained Master Production Schedule creation.
  • Performs site capacity planning in terms of resources, shifts, equipment, and shutdowns.
  • Creation and maintenance of reporting tools.
  • Weekly reporting on global service levels.
  • Backup for third party replenishment process (Purchase order creation, supplier communication, payment monitoring).

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; focused degree preferred in Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
  • Supply Chain or Six Sigma Certification is helpful (e.g. APICS, Green Belt, Black Belt).
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Good technical and analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis. Visual Basic for Application is a must. Python, Power BI or Alteryx knowledge are a nice to have.
  • Supply Chain knowledge, including Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics, is preferred.
  • MS Office proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment, medical devices in particular.
  • Strong customer-oriented thinking.
  • Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in organizational and project management skills is preferred.
  • Must be flexible with the ability to work independently as well as on teams, with excellent time leadership skills to handle complexity and multiple deadlines.
  • Languages : French & English.
