Production Scheduling Technician

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
  • You will constantly monitor material availability, inventory level (OTD, Inventory value, Obsolete, Lead time) and promptly deal with change management. You will make sure to report issues and deviations to the Production Scheduling Manager, taking decision for the production according to the customer needs.
  • Perform daily monitoring and regular reporting to the Production Scheduling Manager with automatized tool. You will as well develop and improve the actual process, boosting synergies with other departments.
  • Coordinate day to day production order management activities of the plant to ensure timely delivery of finished products from plant to customers in accordance to required delivery date. Moreover you will be the order coordination plant reference for the customers.
  • Collaborate with MPS and supply planning team to analyze our own business for the next 4 months.
  • Improve the RCCP, CRP and MPS process for the production

We Elevate... Your Best Self
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent. APICS certification is considered as a plus
  • Office package with main focus on Excel, Power BI
  • Prior experience with SAP MM – PP
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of production order practices including inventory management and supply planning; previous experience in scheduling/planning or supply chain is preferred.
