IntroductionFor our client, an international organisation based in Lausanne, we are searching for aProgram Advisor - Business DevelopmentDescription De La Mission
  • You engage the clients, manage interest and improve lead follow-ups and enrolment conversion efforts by the most appropriate and effective communication means and messaging (video conference, telephone, campus visit)
  • You manage in-bound requests, make recommendations and qualify information for assigned Open Programs
  • You monitor and identify sources of leads in Open Program Portfolio and follow up accordingly
  • You work closely with Marketing & Communications and Program Delivery Teams to build and maintain strong prospect interest and lead pipeline for Open POrograms
  • You perform various administrative tasks related to registration and admissions process
Profil Attendu
  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years work experience in Sales & Business Developement with successful track records in Executive Education, Hospitality, Luxury, Private Banking or Service industry
  • Excellent IT skills (CRM/Salesforce is a plus)
  • Fluent in English (oral and written communications skills) with good command of German (min. B2)
  • Excellent organisation, good communication skills and customer orientation
