In this role you will lead the operational coordination of the “Upcoming Packaging Changes” program and ensure alignment of the different projects and transparent communication.


Main accountabilities


  • Coordinating tracking files of each initiative (keep the overview of all component narts)
  • Follow up on artwork timings and project progress
  • Collaborate closely with program owners
  • Creating monthly status reports (& including KPI’S definition)
  • Plan monthly workload of artwork changes
  • Cost efficient PIPO (phase in / phase out) steering jointly with component planning team
  • Managing monthly briefing for graphic designer
  • Oversee artwork approval process
  • Uploading artwork documents in SAP
  • Support transparent communication within streams (i.e regulation changes)
  • Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document
  • Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the program owner
  • Conducting alignment meetings/ briefing (when needed) and scheduling steering committee meetings

Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Profound project management skills
  • Knowledge of process- and project management methods
  • Working experience in Supply Chain
  • University degree + 1 year work experience
  • Or commercial apprenticeship + 4-5 work experience
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects & cross-functional collaboration
  • Communicative personality, structured, customer-focused
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Artwork process experience / Artwork know-how

Work quota:100% 2 years temporary
