In this role you will lead the operational coordination of the “Upcoming Packaging Changes” program and ensure alignment of the different projects and transparent communication.
Main accountabilities
- Coordinating tracking files of each initiative (keep the overview of all component narts)
- Follow up on artwork timings and project progress
- Collaborate closely with program owners
- Creating monthly status reports (& including KPI’S definition)
- Plan monthly workload of artwork changes
- Cost efficient PIPO (phase in / phase out) steering jointly with component planning team
- Managing monthly briefing for graphic designer
- Oversee artwork approval process
- Uploading artwork documents in SAP
- Support transparent communication within streams (i.e regulation changes)
- Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document
- Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the program owner
- Conducting alignment meetings/ briefing (when needed) and scheduling steering committee meetings
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Profound project management skills
- Knowledge of process- and project management methods
- Working experience in Supply Chain
- University degree + 1 year work experience
- Or commercial apprenticeship + 4-5 work experience
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects & cross-functional collaboration
- Communicative personality, structured, customer-focused
- SAP experience is a must
- Artwork process experience / Artwork know-how
Work quota:100% 2 years temporary
