For Drug Product Services (DPS), our successful Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) branch, located in Basel, Switzerland and Stein, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain proactive contact with the customers in agreement with the defined project management rules and of the Proposal and Sales team
  • Support the proposal team during early discussions concerning potentially new projects.
  • Lead customer communication and project management after deal closure in collaboration with the project leaders, as defined at the internal Project leader meetings.
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the life of the program in a shared relationship management with Sales.
  • Responsible for analyzing the project profitability, cost and timeline tracking tracking (cost control to ensure the expected profitability is achieved, invoicing and timely securing of future POs and production forecast updates etc.).
  • Execute program relevant sections of the S&OP process. Responsible for delivering to local S&OP and related demand planning
  • In conjunction with the Proposals Team, prepare amendments and/or scope changes to ongoing projects according to the defined Scope Change and Amendment management process.
  • Define lean process and information flow (proposal, MSA, statement of work, amendments, resource planning, overviews for stakeholders).
  • Support Project Leaders in their effort to get the integrated project plan.
  • Management of project risk and preparation of applicable risk mitigation plans. Obtain agreement on mitigation plans and manage appropriately to ensure stakeholder accountability and awareness.
  • Timely contribution to all applicable business reporting.
  • Form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Life science with strong commercial background
  • Commercial and financial acumen with a strong understanding of the cost of failure both the production and the ability to fulfill customer orders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong numeracy, statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyse, interpret and manage information, data and trends
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Knowledge and experience of project management skills
  • Results orientated and able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Strong Program Management background and strong established and working business network
  • Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft products (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MSproject) and ability to learn new software packages . Some basic knowledge of VBA programming is a plus.
