As a Program Manager E-CAD you will take the lead for the future of the Product Development of the E-CAD system landscape including the rollout thereof within the Bühler Group.

Tasks

• Understands the current use & process of E-CAD systems across the group
• Collects and defines requirements for the future E-CAD system landscapes within the Group, in collaboration with the R&D team globally, businesses and ITP
• Defines project structure and targets
• Evaluates different systems (in collaboration with ITP)
• Recommends the way forward
• Set-up of an implementation plan
• Responsible to drive the Roll-out plan
• Upon successful rollout, perspective to take over responsibility for further strategic projects within the R&D environment
• Aligns and integrates the requirements of Project Execution Process with the project team and E-CAD on plant level
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Degree from a university of applied science in engineering, automation, or equivalent professional track record
• In-depth user experience with E-CAD, machine electronics and/or plant automation
• Broad experience in project management, incl. agile and creative methodologies
• Innovative, open personality incl. the capability to think outside of the box
• Analytical and methodological competencies and strongly solution-oriented approach
• Highly customer-oriented, exceptional understanding of customer’s needs (= R&D community)
• Good presentation skills with a positive and winning personality (integrator)
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills
• Above average personal commitment and readiness for action
• Willingness to travel from time to time
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management
• Experience with the implementation of strategic change management
