What you do

Plan, coordinate, manage and execute complex government customer projects for supplying and/or upgrading Ground Based Training Systems
Manage project teams with a matrix setup within legal, technical, engineering, purchasing and logistics departments
Manage external suppliers, integrators and customers, incl. planning of meetings with project teams
Conduct customer acceptance events in house and at customer facilities
Assist Customer Liaison team in bidding for changes on existing and/or new contracts

What you bring

At least 2 years practical experience within complex programme management
At least 3 years practical experience within project management
High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, flexibility and communication skills
Technical background in military Ground Based Training Systems
Direct Experience with Pilatus PC-21 GBTS is highly preferable
Very good written and spoken English (C1) and German (at least B2, higher level is a plus)
