Your Mission

As program manager, your mission will be to drive a team of project managers involved in a very large program in the area of the Swiss national security.

This position could be for you.

Your Responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead a program of ambitious projects in the field of the Swiss Security including but not limited to :
  • Virtualization and test of Command & Control systems for aircrafts
  • Architecture and deployment of highly secured network
  • Expending a SOC with advanced cyber security solutions
  • Implementation of cybersecurity technologies as for example SOAR
  • Evaluating and deploying OT /IoT security on the customer infrastructure
  • Organize and manage security project delivery
  • Provides feedback and adjustments to the operations teams and manage the project risks
  • Ensure cyber security projects are executed as planned on time / budget / on specs
  • Maintain a very good relationship with your multiple stakeholders
  • Hire and lead a team of project managers (up to 6)

This role involves

  • Strong communication skills in Swiss German and English. French is an asset
  • Strong customer orientation, external and internal
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity trends and opportunities

Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security to reach its ambitions and ultimately make our customer’s lives more secure.

You are

You have

  • An experience as Project or Program Manager in the field of cybersecurity or complex systems
  • Good to very good knowledge of the following standards or certifications : ISO 27000, Hermès (or PMP, IPMA), SOAR, CISM, etc.
  • Knowledge in Zero Trust

These would be a plus:

  • Very good knowledge of the Swiss army ecosystem (preferably as an officer)
  • Experience with Cyber Ranges
  • Knowledge of the standards NIST
  • Team leading
