Endress+Hauser is a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services, and solutions for industrial process engineering. This position will be part of our Corporate Sales Excellence Team. The Program Manager will develop, maintain and expand a global program for our OEM Business connecting local sales activities and stakeholders in a group-wide network to ensure increasing customer value. The position will be based in Central Europe.
Role + Responsibilities
  • Establishes a group wide “OEM development process” supported by relevant business systems
  • Orchestrates internal network of key stakeholder in all relevant production and sales organizations, to ensure organizational alignment and commitment
  • Provides structured input to the innovation process to ensure future-proof portfolio development considering instrumentation technology and OEM specific added value services
  • Leads the development of a Global Go-To-Market Plan and supports sales organizations in their account planning efforts
  • Establishes and maintains a “community of practice”, sharing successes, best practices and creating new knowledge to advance companywide know-how and customer value creation
  • Actively provides input to market pricing strategy and guide sales organizations during customer development and negotiations
Qualification + Profile
  • Master in Business or Engineering
  • Sales / Business Development experience required
  • Ability to impact without authority
  • Capable of motivating and leading teams in a multi-cultural, multi-national and matrix environment
  • Language: English
  • Foreign travel is integral part of the OEM Program Manager (appr. 30%)
