In this dynamic and global role, you will be responsible to develop, manage and drive detailed project plans enabling the global End-to-End supply chain excellence transformation program objectives and associated business case to be realized in line with expectations. You will be the go-to person for everything involving the overall program or individual projects organization, timeline, cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize, implement, maintain supply chain project initiatives that adhere to agreed BU/cross objectives
  • Co-ordinate people, leads, processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results
  • Provide coaching to project managers and team members
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement vs. desired objectives & outcomes including change approach and management
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance for the entire program
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
Key Requirements
  • Relevant experience in an advanced management / operations role, program management experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • SAP knowledge incl. SAP ECC and Planning suite
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles & performance evaluation processes
  • Good working understanding of Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
  • Solid knowledge in Finance and IT
  • Exceptional leadership skills with strong ability to communicate effectively and at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent organizer and fast thinker with ability to see the bigger picture
  • Results-driven and proactive with ability to approach task with an innovative mind set
