As a Program Manager on the Apprenticeships team, your role is to ensure the success of the Zurich Apprenticeship Program, partner with local teams and stakeholders on shared priorities, and support the apprentices throughout their time at Google. You’ll also work closely with a global team on program growth and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the apprentice program lifecycle (e.g., find talent, hire, onboard, find hosts, streamline program aspects, evaluation process, and offboarding).
  • Partner with Swiss authorities and schools (e.g., Interactive Media Design schools and Building Management System) to ensure we comply with Swiss law and schools’ expectations to successfully provide training for each cohort.
  • Develop and support the User Experience (UX) apprentices in their profession and work closely with their hosts. Organize marketing and branding events.
  • Establish effective relationships with a variety of cross-functional teams and be responsible for streamlining processes and providing consistent communication.
  • Ensure an inclusive, fair, and consistent experience for apprentices. Work on projects that support the overall apprenticeship program.
