PURPOSE

Support the GP Head on the CRM switch project, on the new SAP implementation and perform business analysis to lead the market, monitor business performance based on revenue and market-share report.

Main Responsabilities

  • Provide analytical support for local and zone teams on regular and ad hoc data requests (sellout selling, customer dashboards, innovation analysis).
  • Compile, consolidate and review key information & data for decision making and resource allocation.
  • Managing requests, day-to-day updates and coordination of key data suppliers including IQVIA, SAP.
  • Help to coordinate transition to new SAP system (implemented on July 2022) by supporting data migration and dashboard update.
  • Support the team in achieving CRM (SalesForce) roll-out (switch planned on April 2023) for ensuring that daily businesses are supported from an operational point of view with particular focus on commercial parts (sales force & commercial conditions).
  • Help to coordinate a perfect transition to new CRM system by supporting data migration and dashboard update.

About You

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Education

Studies in Finance, Business administration or equivalent

Required Knowledge And/or Experience

First experience in a similar position

Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry is of advantage

Advanced computer science / Excel

CRM, Business Intelligence systems

French/English

Our Offer

Contract via an agency from 01.08.2022 (or later) for 10 months.

32 or 40 hours a week to be discussed

Location: Home Office based and some travels to be planned to the office in Vernier (near Geneva)
