Job Description
  • Create Business Intelligence deliverables, including reports, dashboards, analysis, and presentations (from design to delivery including data preparation, analysis and insight generation).
  • Structure ambiguous business problems and recommend visualization solutions and insights.
  • Leverage advanced Tableau functionality to create analytical dashboards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business requirements; working with business users/ business analysts to define technical and process requirements.
  • Create and maintains design and production system documentation (e.g., user guides, system security plan, and system design documentation).
  • Review customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization.
  • Perform data profiling to identify and understand data anomalies and create system to enhance data quality.
  • Implement new data analysis methodologies.
  • Liaise with technical teams as needed.
  • Effective and impactful analysis and business intelligence reports (i.e., Tableau dashboards available based on high quality data)
  • Improving trend in grant management data usage and quality
The Successful Applicant
  • 5 years experience undertaking rigorous business intelligence and analytics and presenting results from the analysis in structured way to inform strategic decisions of senior management;
  • 5 years experience with project management from design to delivery; Including pilot and launch
  • stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tool (excel, PowerPoint, word)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, including in data analytics, data management or some related field.
  • Experience undertaking statistical analysis using common statistical programming package;
  • Experience inputting into the data architecture and data model design from a business perspective;
