We are hiring our next PROJECT COORDINATOR:

The Project Coordinator is an intermediate level resource providing department & project coordination support for the Biogen Execution Systems group at the Large Scale Manufacturing facility

The Project Coordinator will also provide financial & budget support (CAPEX & OPEX)

This role is responsible for coordination of project reporting, metrics, scheduling, resources, across the BES group.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Head of BES in Solothurn, project managers and subject matter experts to ensure management of schedule, resources and budget.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Support project managers and subject matter experts in the development of project schedules & reports to enable planning and predictability of group efficiency, project deliverables, operational activities and continuous improvement opportunities.

2. Interact with various teams to coordinate activities, plan certain parts of projects/operational activities, and monitor progress as required.

3. Support financial and budget tracking activities as required.

4. Coordinate and organize meetings to ensure activities are on track for projects and operational activities

5. Support and coordinate communications between BES teams and other functions on site

6. Support PMs and SMEs in other related and relevant duties as required.

QUALIFICATONS:

  • 3+ years experience supporting Pharma and/or IT projects
  • Life sciences project support experience, preferably Biotech
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • BA or BS in Computer Science, Automation, Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
