Who we are

In a life without sound, our work provides meaning. As a leading provider of innovative hearing care solutions, we are not just a company that makes products: we are a team on a mission to help people enjoy the delight of hearing. To enable a life without limitations, we – through our core business brands Phonak, Unitron, Hansaton, Advanced Bionics and AudioNova – develop, manufacture and distribute solutions that push the limits of technology and redefine the future of our industry.

At Sonova Audiological Care we are transforming the hearing care industry by expanding the service offer for our customers. You have the opportunity to contribute to this revolution by joining the Audiology & Medicalisation department.

The department of Audiology & Medicalisation was founded in late 2020 as a part of the transformation strategy for Sonova Audiological Care. It builds on the expertise of our 3500 professional hearing care providers, backed by an industry-leading team of service and product researchers and engineers, to create an unrivaled patient experience. It fosters strong relationships with ENT doctors as external stakeholders of the customer journey to deliver the best holistic care.

As Project & Event Coordinator, you will be fully dedicated to improve relationships with physicians by organising events that promote Sonova’s retail brands to the physicians and position us as a scientific and educational leader.

Your tasks

  • Organise the semi-annual global Physician Symposium
  • Get CPD (continuous professional development) accreditation for the Physician Symposium in each country where Sonova has retail presence
  • Build up and maintain a global overview of internal and external speakers on topics of interest
  • Develop a framework for national / regional events and support the national teams in the event planning
  • Develop further formats on how to convey scientific & educational content to ENTs / physicians
  • Support the project lead of the physician engagement initiative with project management tasks

Your profile

  • A relevant educational background and 3-5 years’ work experience in similar roles
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Experienced user of Project Management tools
  • Familiar with multimedia and virtual event systems enabling you to create engaging virtual events
  • Experience with physicians / medical organisations on a professional basis

Our offer

We can offer you a new challenge, with interesting tasks and much more - including an open corporate culture, flat hierarchies, support for further training and development, opportunities to take on responsibility, an excellent range of foods, sports and cultural facilities at the company’s headquarters, attractive employment conditions, and flexible working time models.

We are looking forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, CV, references and certificates) via our online job application platform.

For this vacancy only direct applications will be considered.
