Project Management Office Intern

We’re looking for you:

Enrolled University student at the time of the internship

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy, Finance, or Marketing

Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point) is a must, experience with Power BI an advantage

Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking

Productive, with a strong drive for results

Agile yet well-organized

Strong interpersonal, intuitive and collaboration mindset

Experience in planning and carrying out projects will be an advantage

Interested in developing an in-depth understanding of various business processes, critical thinking, presentation and communication skills

Roles & Objectives

Support the PMO in performing strategic project validation to ensure adequate prioritization and sequencing of market initiatives

Support the PMO in facilitating weekly cross-functional alignment forum, specifically with the agenda planning, minutes, and follow up

Support the PMO in governing cross-functional collaboration surveys by identifying critical areas to gather information, analyzing and communicating the results, and making recommendations.

Support the PMO in developing & coordinating trainings and experience sharing sessions for various collaborators

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of strategic programs internally within the Swiss market, and externally to the Regional PMO

Support and eventually lead ad-hoc projects seeking towards the achievement of strategic targets in alignment with the channel owners, strategic program owners, and functional units
