Project Management Officer - Audit Corporate

Your contribution to KPMG


  • Assist in project portfolio management and support our project managers and leaders with governance, best practices, and sometimes managing your own small projects.
  • Drive change management issues as part of the team, help with internal communications (through writing, reviewing, and guiding/coaching) for Audit, and focus on selecting the right channels and messages, depending on the target audience.
  • Help create strong and engaging branded and professional external communication tools (e.g. presentations, fact sheets, contracts or letters) for our clients to make an impact.
  • Be responsible for organizing our internal Audit Eco System board meetings, creating a rolling agenda, task management, and writing minutes and support the Operations Lead in administrative areas

This is what makes you successful


  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor / Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in (German and English)
  • Good understanding of Project Management and Project Governance and ability to give guidance to others
  • Strong analytical skills and a driven, practical, networked personality
  • Well organized and with good time-management skills
  • Embraces new technology and changes
