Project Manager - B2B and Community Outreach (m/w/d)

100% (limited, by 01.08.2021 until 28.02.2022)

Your tasks

  • Creating, developing, managing and nurturing the EMBA HSG and EMBA ETH HSG corporate partners database, as well as sourcing and organizing the EMBA HSG community database;
  • Identify, inspire, support, and assess potential industry and public sector partners;
  • Source, plan and execute B2B marketing and talent acquisition activities aimed at efficiently and effectively strenghtening the ties between the EMBA HSG programmes and industry, and maximizing the programme’s impact in society;
  • Foster our brand and professional network by coordinating and liaising with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners;
  • Support the Head of Marketing and Talent Acquisition and the EMBA HSG Team in the crafting of a long-term corporate outreach strategy;
  • Plan, organize and attend PR & recruitment events, on-site and online, in Switzerland and abroad (i.e. Online Infosessions; Fairs and Conferences; Open Days);

Your profile

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge of German (B2);
  • Strong communication skills: experience conducting presentations, interviews, PR or conflict management, and/or counseling individuals;
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, database management tools, social media and professional networks;
  • Experience dealing with Corporate Clients or working in a Corporate Environment;
  • Comfortable with digital working environment and remote working tools;
  • Flexible and independent working style: willingness to travel and work irregular hours, both on-site and remotely;
  • Team player with international mindset and cross-cultural skills;
  • Highly desirable: Experience and/or general interest in ESG topics and/or Public sector
